I have spent 25 years in technology from every side of the table: founder, operator, investor and board director, in private and listed companies. I have built companies, scaled them, sold a few and lost a couple, and worked with more than a hundred businesses, from garage startups to global corporations.
Most of my work now is with large organizations on the thing they find hardest: moving quickly. How decisions get made under uncertainty, how new ventures survive contact with the core business, and how AI gets used inside the operation rather than in a slide about it. I am not a futurist. I have run the things I talk about. My doctorate asked why most businesses die and what separates the ones that last.
